ABOUT THE ARTWORK

King Me is a colorful painting by artist Karran West. It is part of a body of work featuring interior spaces. These works encourage the viewer's eye to travel through the interior space, and find "escape" through windows into an exterior scene. This image plays with the relationship between geometry and organic forms.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Northshore School District.
