ABOUT THE ARTIST
Washington-based artist Bill Rades creates paintings and prints. He served as a professor of painting, drawing, design, and contemporary art at Pierce College in Tacoma, Western Washington. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin.
