Artist Alice Van Leunen created the woven paper painting Veiled Ghazal . The composition was created by incorporating paint and foil elements. The term "ghazal" refers to a form of Arabic poetry that originated in the 7th century.
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with North Kitsap School District.
