(Peruvian, born 1949)
Location: Sawyer Woods Elementary, Black Diamond
ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Illusion Buster by photographer Eduardo Calderón was taken in Paris, France along the bank of the Seine River in the spring. He considers his work "to be a means of interpreting reality photographically while subconsciously altering its significance. This way I turn ordinary situations into surreal statements."
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Kent School District.
