ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Artist David Wilson captured the photograph Canyon Pool on the Virgin River, Utah in 1983. The composition highlights the rich colors and reflections of shadowed rocks. He notes, "I am drawn to compositions in which the natural beauty also incorporates some element of ambiguity, mystery or even confusion."
