ArtsWA and the Nisqually Indian Tribe are working together to bring the maquette (half-scale model) to communities across Washington. Check out the calendar below to see when Billy is coming to a town near you.

Visit Haiying Wu’s workspace
Haiying Wu is developing the Billy Frank Jr. statue at South Puget Sound Community College. He is expected to complete work on the clay model in October 2024. We invite the public to visit Haiying’s workspace during the following times:
- Monday – Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
