Create a unique artwork for Western Washington University’s internationally recognized Sculpture Collection in Bellingham, WA, commissioned through ArtsWA’s Art in Public Places program.

Upon design approval, the artist will receive a commission contract for fabrication and installation. The selected artist will receive a $40,000 design contract that includes travel and stamped, structural engineering.
