The Creative Districts Program Manager has full responsibility for the Creative Districts program and related economic and community development initiatives. In this position, you will ensure the success of Washington State’s Creative Districts, helping communities access resources, build creative businesses, and grow local economies. This position also fosters partnerships and promotes Washington as a hub for the creative sector.

Some of your specific activities include:

💡Oversee and manage all aspects of the Creative Districts program for sustainability, vibrancy and growth in compliance with statute RCW 43.46.

💡Develop and manage the program’s plan and budget.

💡Prepare reports for agency leadership, board and legislators.

💡Provide technical assistance to communities applying for Creative District Certification.

💡Visit Creative Districts in person to provide support and measure progress.
